Quick Overview
FAST DETECTION: Quickly reports motion to your Z-Wave smart home system. Ideal for light automation and security monitoring. A Z-Wave hub is required and sold separately. Custom driver is needed for SmartThings (visit Zooz Support Portal). Not supported by Wink, ADT, Vivint, or Alarm.com.
EXTRA FEATURES: Adjustable motion sensitivity and customizable retrigger time. Built-in Z-Wave range test tool for easy network troubleshooting. Vibration reports available on SmartThings and other selected hubs.
2 POWER SOURCES: Runs on a single battery for up to a year, depending on usage and settings. Or, it can be powered by a micro USB cable (not included). When used with USB power, it acts as a signal extender.
FLEXIBLE DESIGN: The sensor is extremely small and light. It sits perfectly in a magnetic mounting base for precise and firm positioning.
CERTIFIED SECURE: Uses the latest authenticated S2 Z-Wave protocol and AES-128 signal encryption. Equipped with the 800 Series Z-Wave Plus chip for longer range and increased battery life. This device is Long Range ready, offering up to an extra 1000 feet of coverage if your hub supports this feature.
